The Business Development Representative is responsible for promoting sales and creating a positive identity for the company through promotional material, events, and personal visits.
Compensation: $45K-$75K annually DOE + commission

Responsibilities:
Marketing Coordinator plays an integral role in helping Right at Home improve the lives of as many people as possible in our community.
Increases care hours, develops a profitable referral source pipeline, and gains market share.
Pre-plans weekly sales activities, creates opportunities for communication with referral sources, and maintains all sales activity in a Customer Relationship Manager database.
Manage all social media content and follower interaction.
Conveys a strong need to win, doesn't give up, and is energized by developing and meeting monthly sales goals.
The ideal Marketing Coordinator has a successful sales track record in increasing market share and has prior experience working in the home care or healthcare industries.
Provide backup care caregiving duties on an as-needed basis.
Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent with two (2) years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in
healthcare industry
Current caregivers, NAC/CNA/HA, and other healthcare professionals encourage to apply.
Have a valid driver's license, insured and reliable automobile.
Be able to pass DSHS background check.
Must be able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
Be available for on-call duty, on as-needed basis, after hours and at weekends.
